Pinecroft is a very pleasant detached bungalow, accommodating up to 5 guests, situated on Eleventrees on the eastern side of Keswick with western views toward Grisedale Pike. The property has fantastic features and facilities including private parking, large garden, and quality furnishings. It sleeps 5.

The Eyrie is beautifully decorated without following any trend but encapsulating nature. The layout provides both intimacy and space; whilst there are amazing views from every room, some with dual aspect. Both seconds from the heart of the town and also on the edge of nature with the river Greta both visible and audible from the lounge window. It sleeps 8.

Ellergill accommodates up to 10 adults, in two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom and two King bedrooms, over three floors. The modern kitchen is complimented by the rustic wooden dining table. Ellergill retains the turn-of-the-century blue and red hall floor tiles, and an electric fire offers cosy warmth in one of the living areas. You will pass 3 hotels with bars and good restaurants, The Mary Mount Hotel (0.8 miles away), The Lodore Spa Hotel (0.6 miles away) and The Borrowdale Hotel (0.2 miles away). We are the 2nd left after the Borrowdale Hotel. If you get as far as Leathes Cottage, you have gone too far!

Although we are out of town, there are 5 bars and restaurants within 1 mile, the nearest is the Borrowdale Hotel.
We have plenty of great walks from the door. There is a regular bus service into Keswick up to Seatoller, running every 30 minutes during the spring - autumn, and hourly in winter. Also the bus from Grange can take you up over Honister Pass to Buttermere and Crummock Water, making lots of the North Lakes accessible without a car or the hassle of parking. As one of our guests said in their review, “Smack bang in the middle of the good stuff!"

The Townhouses offer guests a private Lakeland residence in the centre of Keswick. The sleeping accommodation is set over three floors, with one bedroom at ground floor level for those who prefer to avoid stairs. Unique to the Townhouses, Number Three retains its original period floor tiling in the kitchen and hallway, and its original log burning fireplace in the living area. Some of the period bedroom fireplaces feature in the bedrooms (decorative only). The kitchen is styled with a nod to the 1950s, featuring Eames DSW chairs based on the original by the American designers Charles and Ray Eames, and teamed with a walnut finish kitchen table. A fresh new bathroom and a further ground floor shower area are provided for convenience. A small private outdoor area with seating for 8 people provides a nice location for a pre-dinner drink. Lockable outdoor storage is provided, perfect for bicycles or other small outdoor equipment.

Derwent Cottage is a contemporary town house within a quiet, residential courtyard a couple of minutes walk from the shopping area and within easy walking distance of Derwentwater, Theatre by the Lake and the fells beyond. The stylish, fresh interior and central location provide an excellent base for your holiday.

The front door leads into a bright hallway with coat hooks, a shoe storage area and stairs up to the bedrooms. The kitchen is light and airy and has a good range of well-equipped units , kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, washing machine/tumble drier, dishwasher, microwave, gas oven and hob, extractor hood and slow cooker.

The lounge/diner has a contemporary feel, with new sofa and two armchairs, a round glass dining table and four chairs. There is a wall mounted Smart TV, DAB radio with Bluetooth facility and full wi-fi access. Patio doors look out over a small lawned area and communal open gardens around Elm Court. There is a patio table and chairs for guests use. The grounds are often visited by the local ducks and pheasants from the nearby river bank.

The bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, toilet, hand basin, heated towel rail, new laminate flooring.

Bedrooms consist of one dual aspect master bedroom with super king size bed. The views stretch over the River Greta and beyond to Portinscale and Skiddaw. There is a lovely oak wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside Units. The twin bedroom has a built in wardrobe and small vanity unit. Luggage stands are available in both bedrooms. All beds have duvets and towels are provided, along with a hair dryer.
