Fellside Holiday Cottages consists of 7 independently owned self-catering holiday cottages located around the Keswick area in the Lake District.

The cottages are very comfortable, well equipped and enjoy tranquil settings with wonderful views of the fells.

All of our cottages are dog-friendly, free of charge, we also accept short breaks during the winter months October through to March

Our cottages are all perfectly located for a holiday in the heart of the English Lake District
They provide an ideal base from which to explore this beautiful area. Keswick is a small market town with a range of shops, pubs, restaurants and entertainment including cinema, the Theatre by the Lake and galleries.

Derwentwater is a short walk away which provides spectacular views down the Borrowdale Valley.

Rowling End House available 23rd May half term for the week

Rowling End is a traditional Lakeland farmhouse in Newlands Valley, near Keswick. The house offers relaxed, Five Star luxury, for up to eight people. The location provides the perfect holiday base for many Lakeland walks without the need for a car. Whether you are looking to explore the high fells, lakes, valleys or simply wish to enjoy the stunning views, Rowling End is ideally situated.
The house has a large farmhouse kitchen with an Aga and open fires in each of the sitting rooms. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms, 2 king-sized doubles and 2 twins. There is an additional large family bathroom with shower and roll top free standing bath.
Rowling End has two separate sitting rooms, both with wood burners and smart TVs & DVD players. Free WiFi is provided.
The kitchen/dining room is equipped with an oil-fuelled Aga; an electric oven and hob; American- style fridge freezer; dishwasher; microwave and a large family dining table.
There is a drying room/utility room for outdoor gear, also with a washer/dryer and a further cloak room with WC and wash basin.
