Brundholme House is a warm, welcoming semi-detached house, located at the foot of Latrigg. Perfect for families, couples, or small groups, this dog-friendly property has off-street parking for two cars, EV charging and an enclosed garden, you’ll find plenty of space to relax and unwind. Enjoy breath-taking views of Latrigg and Skiddaw from the comfort of the house, and take advantage of the perfect base for exploring the surrounding fells, lakes, and scenic walks. Whether you’re an avid walker or looking for a peaceful getaway, Brundholme House has everything you need for a memorable stay in Keswick.

As you enter the home, you will arrive at a well-sized entrance hall with tiled floors and excellent storage for coats and muddy boots.

As you head into the open-plan living space, it is beautifully decorated and features a lovely stone fire surround, electric fire, Smart TV, and, from the window, beautiful views of Latrigg and Skiddaw.

The kitchen/diner has a dining table that seats six, an electric stove and oven, a fridge freezer, microwave and modern kitchen units. The patio doors lead out to the garden.

The back garden is enclosed, with shrubs, a lawn area, and a garden table and chairs. The front has parking for two cars & EV charging which is charged separately via App/QR code. 

The utility room includes a worktop, cupboards, sink, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

Upstairs, there is a beautiful sunroom with views of the garden and the surrounding fells. The sun room has patio doors that lead to a small wrap-around balcony.

The bathroom includes a toilet, hand basin, and a bath with a shower over it.

Bedroom 1 – with a king-size bed, Smart TV, and fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 – Two single beds and fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 3 – Bunk beds and a chest of drawers with hanging space above.

A travel cot and high chair is available on request.

Up to two dogs are welcome. There is an additional charge of £25 per dog.

Brundholme House is in Briar Rigg, Off brundholme Road. It is situated on the edge of keswick and is near the well trodden path via Spoony Green Lane towards Latrigg and Skiddaw.
