Artistic Director (Maternity Cover)

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced theatre director to creatively lead our organisation. They will hold the artistic vision, oversee the current programme, progress work in development and identify opportunities for 2026 and beyond. They will be a committed and collaborative member of the senior management team, who will work with our staff team, audiences, communities and partners to ensure TBTL’s success.
The closing date for application is 10am on Monday 10th March Online interviews will take place on Friday 14th March.
Successful candidates will progress to a second interview in Keswick on Friday 21st March.
